About me
I was born and raised in Aktobe, Kazakhstan. From a young age, I was fascinated by learning itself—I remember being curious about how school systems worked, playing with my mom’s gradebooks at home, and creating my first piece of educational content at just 7 years old. Inspired by my English textbook at school, I made my own version on A4 paper and proudly called it a "coursebook."

After graduating from university, I moved to Russia and began my career in online education—first as a teacher in an online school, and soon after, taking on more and more instructional design responsibilities.

I’m drawn to projects that are challenging and meaningful. I never shy away from a task just because it seems impossible. At my current job, for example, I developed an intensive course that helps students with zero background prepare for a serious state-level exam in migration services—and they pass.

I enjoy diving deep into new topics, just enough to create high-quality learning experiences. When working on a Twitch-based project for gamers, I kept quizzing my husband about video game characters (I’m not a gamer myself!). And when designing a crash course with a university expert, I immersed myself in project management terminology so the course could come together in just a few days.

Outside of work, I love cooking Asian dishes, walking in the forest, and caring for my four rescue cats—each one adopted from the street.
